About Mevrouw Vastgoed
Mevrouw Vastgoed, founded by Angela Timmerman, guides individuals and business owners through buying, selling, and managing real estate from multiple locations, with Kampen as its head office. A growing real estate agency where personal contact and fast follow-up make the difference, and where all the operational knowledge sat in one person's head for a long time: Angela's.
Angela had already worked with Momentum on a personal Digital Brain herself. The next step was more ambitious: a Digital Brain for the whole team, so that knowledge and oversight no longer depend on one person.
Implementation & Results
Momentum built "Mark": one central system where everything comes together, every property, every buyer wish, every conversation, every invoice. No more separate Excel sheets next to Realworks, no knowledge that lives only in Angela's head. Whatever happens at Mevrouw Vastgoed, it gets captured in the brain, and the brain knows it.
That means everyone on the team can see at any moment what a colleague is working on, without having to ask. A live status overview shows how many homes are in which phase and with which agent, a map view shows at a glance which properties are where, when a property matches a buyer's wishes the team automatically gets an action, before the home is even on Funda, and the invoice overview gives instant insight into the outstanding amount and revenue per service.
Meetings and conversations land in the brain automatically too: what was discussed, who committed to what, and which actions come out of it, visible to the whole team, not just to whoever was there. If Angela heads out for a viewing, her colleagues can see what was discussed and which actions are needed just seconds later.
You open it and you just see everything. So you can keep going.
What started as an individual project for Angela grew into a system for the whole team: all her colleagues work in it every day, each from their own role but with the same overview.
The partnership between Mevrouw Vastgoed and Momentum shows what happens when everyone uses AI and it works with the company's own data.
