Rendement door Talent

From stacks of talent reports to more time for the real conversation

Momentum built Rendement door Talent an environment where preparing a group talent session largely does itself: reports in, personal talent PDFs and an interactive team dashboard out. Now the coaches' time goes to the people, not to the documents.

About Rendement door Talent

Rendement door Talent, founded by Elise van den End, has been helping organizations, teams, and professionals since 2010 to really make the most of the talent that's already there. From Kampen, a team of coaches works on talent development, team development, and personal leadership, with Gallup's CliftonStrengths method as the foundation. Elise even wrote a book about it: Rendement door Talent.

The team was already well on its way with AI, but ran into a classic problem: a lot of manual work around the core of the craft. For every group talent session, the Clifton reports of all participants had to be dug through by hand and turned into an individual overview per person. With larger groups, that prep really added up, time that didn't go to coaching but to cutting and pasting.

Implementation & Results

Momentum built an environment that takes over that prep work. The coaches drag the Clifton reports in, two or twenty, it doesn't matter, and for each participant a polished PDF rolls out automatically: a cover page, five talent cards, and an overview of the four talent categories. What used to take hours of digging is now a matter of minutes.

On top of that came an interactive team dashboard: one web page with all the participants, their superpowers, the most common talents, and the strong and weaker areas of the team as a whole. Shareable through a link with participants, or usable live during a training session. That way a team sees at a glance how the talents relate to each other, exactly the conversation Rendement door Talent is all about.

Because Rendement door Talent works with sensitive, personal data, privacy was built into the design from day one: names are anonymized automatically when reports are processed, and data is never used to train AI models. For a firm in the HR and coaching sector, that's not a detail but a requirement.

We were already well on our way with AI, but weren't sure how to take it further. Momentum was the key to our success.

We wrapped up the implementation the way we like best: not with a handover document, but with the whole team around the table. All seven coaches got a live demo, asked their questions, and got started themselves. The best proof that it works? The team came up with their own ideas for next steps right away, from automatic follow-up emails after every session to a smart assistant for their regular team communication.

The partnership between Rendement door Talent and Momentum shows what happens when AI takes over the routine work and people do what they're good at. The coaches spend their time on talents and teams instead of on documents, and the whole team knows their way around the new way of working. A successful partnership we're proud of, and one we're continuing.
