Phase 1 · 1 week

Discover

We start with a research sprint: we map your core process and talk to the people doing the work. Where is time lost? Which data is entered twice? We also look at the state of your data. Scattered, messy data? That's where almost everyone starts. Together, we find where AI will make the biggest difference in your organisation.

We present that in a roadmap with a concrete ROI calculation. If you decide not to continue, the roadmap is yours to keep. Usable, even without us.

Phase 2 · 1-2 weeks

Design & integrations

We translate the roadmap into screens, workflows and data structure. We design for the people who use it every day, from warehouse operator to account manager. In this phase we also lock down the integrations with the systems you already use: Exact, AFAS, SAP, Outlook, SharePoint or another system. Your colleagues' input is worked into the design, so they feel like co-owners from day one.

At the end of this phase there is a design and a substantiated ROI calculation. Based on that, you decide whether we go ahead and develop. Not convinced? Then we don't develop and you incur no further costs.

Phase 3 · 2 to 4 weeks

Development

After your approval we start building, including the integrations with the systems you use. We don't build from the sidelines: we work alongside your team, so the solution fits real practice instead of assumptions.

Halfway through there is a first working version your team can actually use. That way you see early whether it does what you had in mind, instead of only at delivery.

Phase 4

Implementation sessions

In joint workshops on site your team starts using the software with real cases from your own practice. We make sure everyone understands what we built and how to use it to win back hours every week.

Phase 5

Handover and continuity

After delivery the application is yours: code, data and environment, in writing. We build with mainstream technology and supply documentation, so your team or another party can take it over.

For maintenance and incidents we agree up front who you call and how quickly we respond. We stay available as a partner and to take the next steps with AI. But you are not obliged; you do not depend on us.
